Program JOLLYAGE

JOLLYAGE - Computes estimates of survival and capture probability for 2-age class open population capture-recapture models. Note: A more modern Windows© program, Mark (http://www.cnr.colostate.edu/~gwhite/mark/mark.htm), (written by G. White) is recommended instead of JOLLYAGE.

The Jolly-Seber method applied to age-stratified populations (See Stokes 1984, J. Wild. Manage. 48:1053-1059; also Pollock 1981, Biometrics 37:521-529)
